We are a niche consultancy with our focus on building and sustaining relationships with all our Stakeholders.

The leadership of Richton Consulting is provided by Debbie McGowan, her style influences and sets the tone for how our business is conducted. Debbie has the gravitas to communicate and operate at Board level.

Debbie is a proven high profile Director with an outstanding track record in the leadership and successful delivery of major strategic projects and change.

Her career started in Fashion, before Engineering and latterly Supply Chain Logistics. She has also supported a number of charities in the development of their fundraising strategies and business approach.

Debbie’s background is multi discipline having held financial, commercial, administrative, sales, operational and general management roles. As an early ‘high flyer’ her first management role was at the age of 22, General Management by 28 and Director by the age of 35 years old.

Her experience covers warehouse, fulfilment centre and transport operations including single site and multi-location networks.

Debbie has managed a single Global Fulfilment Centre of 1.3m sq ft, single site headcounts in excess of 2500, 250k sku and 10 million unit single site inventories, a vehicle fleet in excess of 225 vehicles and over 20 locations at a given time.

Her sector experience encompasses but is not limited to E-commerce, Retail, Home Delivery, Technology, Utility, Industrial, Chemical, Construction, Aerospace and Automotive.

Throughout Debbie’s career implementation of major projects and change has been a prerequisite. Her experience includes but is not limited to warehouse design and build, fleet specification and deployment, large scale recruitment, TUPE transfers, warehouse management systems and relocation of facilities.

Prior to establishing Richton Consulting Debbie was with CEVA Logistics (formerly known as TNT Logistics) the 4th largest Supply Chain Company in the World. CEVA turnover was in excess of £5.5 billion in 2008 and owned by Apollo Management LP a leading private equity organisation.

During this period Debbie was fully accountable for all contractual, commercial, P&L and operational aspects of a large portfolio of multi sector clients with a contractual budget in the region of £240m.

As a ‘Poacher turned Gamekeeper’ Debbie is uniquely placed to motivate and manage Third Party Logistics providers.
